Therefore, Weefer assisted PT Putra Perkasa Abadi in implementing Performance & Goal and Succession & Career Development Plan of SAP SuccessFactors. These modules can help them to achieve their goals in improving their employee experience.
This implementation took almost 27 weeks started from 4th of April. At first, they wanted to apply these modules for 350 employees. Then, they expanded it to 800 employees.
These systems went live in PT Putra Perkasa Abadi on Wednesday, 9th of October 2019. The implementation ran smoothly marked with the cake-cutting.
Weefer also helped their trainers to train their other employees in the BIB site (Batu Licin Banjarmasin) and the ABP site (MUH and ABN in Samarinda).
